Feel confident knowing what to expect when you come for your massage.
Here are a few tips on how to start your massage experience stress free:
- Set aside sufficient time to arrive for your appointment in anticipation of any possible delays
- Regular clients are recommended to arrive 5 min prior to treatment. New clients 10 min is recommended if the health form needs to be completed.
- Please inform me by text or call if you will be late.
- If possible, I will attempt to provide the full length of the treatment booked if you arrive 5 – 10 min late. This service is an exception that can not be guaranteed and full cost of treatment will be charged.
Cancellation Policy & Fee
I understand things happen and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please be aware that I require at least 24 hours notice prior to any appointment change or cancellation. Providing less than the minimum 24 hours notice will result in the full treatment charge. No show or last minute cancellations negatively impacts both clients and myself and your understanding is much appreciated in this matter.
Health Consent Form & Confidentiality
Before beginning your initial treatment you will be required to fill out and sign a health consent form. By providing accurate information about your health and consenting to receiving a massage treatment you are helping me provide you with safe and effective massage tailored to your needs. All treatments will be discussed by your practitioner during treatment and alternatives can be provided by your practitioner if needed.
I treat all client health and treatment as confidential. If beneficial for your treatments, a request will be made to you for permission in sharing information with other members of your health team
To fully experience the benefits of your massage please have your cell phone on silence or off. Let nothing interrupt your time to heal.
Pets & Scents
Scents are beautiful outside of the massage room but due to individual sensitivity to scents I strive provide a scent free space. This includes utilizing unscented cleaners & massage products and requesting that clients refrain from wearing perfume or cologne prior to their appointment.
Please be aware that I do have a cat, Manchita, and do my best to keep the room as cat free as possible but the room is not 100% hypoallergenic. Most people with mild allergies are still able to enjoy their massages.
